The Higher Education Data Evaluation Meeting, organized by the Quality Coordinatorship and Enterprise Data Management Coordinatorship, was held on May 23, 2024, under the chairmanship of our Vice Rector, Prof. Dr. Ramazan Bayındır. The meeting was attended by the administrators and deputy administrators of academic and administrative units, Unit Quality Team Members, and KVYS (Enterprise Data Management System) Responsible Persons.

During the meeting, information was provided to unit representatives about the ongoing work aimed at compiling the "Higher Education Data" through continuously open forms for data entry on KVYS, along with supporting evidence, and monitoring it on a quarterly basis. In addition to the systematic monitoring conducted under the Unit Internal Evaluation and Quality Improvement Plan, it was emphasized that this initiative aimed to prevent potential institutional data loss and reduce the year-end workload of the units. A decision was made to plan in-service training for the Unit KVYS responsible persons. The meeting concluded after addressing questions regarding the forms and indicators opened on KVYS.
