Enterprise Data Management Coordinatorship Quality Policy
In line with the mission and vision of Coordinatorship Office and the objectives in the strategic plan, the Quality Policy aims to:
Identify, produce, integrate, and ensure the quality (accuracy, integrity, timeliness, validity, confidentiality, and accessibility) of institutional data and information assets within the university throughout their lifecycle.
Develop the necessary information system application to manage the processes related to institutional data owners, institutional data users, and institutional data custodians.
Ensure active participation of stakeholders in the Quality Assurance System by adopting a participatory, sharing, and dynamic management approach to meet the needs and expectations of internal and external stakeholders in all processes.
Establish quality as a cultural norm through the Total Quality Management approach, support entrepreneurship and innovation, and promote the "Plan - Do - Check - Act" cycle.
